Leadership Team

Our leadership is comprised of over 50 years of combined industry experience including time in our nation’s armed forces as well as operating at executive levels in defense support services.

Stephen Lorentzen,
CEO and President

Mr. Stephen Lorentzen is a retired Navy Commander who has managed various Navy and Industry programs throughout his 40-year career. He has extensive experience as both a Surface Warfare Officer, Acquisition Professional, and Senior Executive.

Mr. Lorentzen provided effective leadership and management of personnel and Government contracts located in San Diego, CA; Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Naples, Italy; Yokosuka, Japan; and Manama, Bahrain. His customers and service support have included Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) and Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC); Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training, assessment, and certification of ships in the Pacific Fleet; Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Training at the Naval Training Center (NTC); Financial Management in support of the Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) and PACFLT; AEGIS Ashore Engineering and Logistics Services at PEO C4I / PMW 760; Fleet Systems Engineering Team (FSET) support to deployed forces; Database management for Fleet systems; Material and Maintenance Management (3M) support to Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP), CANES systems engineering support; Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) engineering and logistics support, MCM/PC Readiness support and Unmanned Systems Support to NAVCENT and C5F, and Senior Leadership support to CNSP. Mr. Lorentzen’s Naval career includes serving aboard USS Leahy (CG 16), USS Kitty Hawk (CV-61), USS Vandegrift (FFG-48), USS Leyte Gulf (CG-55), PCU/USS Preble (DDG-88), Commander Fifth Fleet (C5F)/Commander United States Navy Central Command (CUSNC), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Detachment (PCD), and the Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR)/PMW 760.

He holds a BS in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, a MA in National Security Affairs and Strategic Studies from the Navy War College, a Master of Business Administration/Global Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Public Administration from Keller University, and is currently a Doctoral Student at Alliant International University.

Rylie Rizzo,
Vice President of Internal Operations and Facility Security Officer

Ms. Rizzo has over 10 years of experience providing corporate, contract, and direct support to the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) at the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC PAC), PMW 160 Tactical Networks (CANES Agile Software Development), Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP), Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC), Afloat Training Group Mid-Pacific, Afloat Training Group Pacific Northwest, and Afloat Training Group Yokosuka, Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP), Commander Naval Surface Squadron Five (CNSS-5), Commander 5th Fleet, and Commander United States Naval Forces Central Command (C5F/CUSNC). She has provided direct and successful business capture and business development support in all Fleet Concentration Areas (FCA) as well as the Indo-Pacific Region. She currently provides corporate leadership for Human Resources, financial management, Facility Clearance (FCL) management, recruiting, staffing, website management, marketing, and IT support.

Ms. Rizzo is a certified examiner for the California Award for Performance Excellence (CAPE)/Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award and holds a BS from James Madison University.
